Return Policy

How to Return

You may return most items within 30 days from the original purchase date as long as the item is unused, in like-new condition, and in the original packaging. In each case, you must provide all paperwork, including product instructions or information and your packing slip/receipt, and any parts and accessories. You should also bring a valid photo ID.

Funds Returned

You will receive a refund of the purchase price (less shipping charges if included). Additional services such as assembly/delivery fees and installation fees may not be refunded once these services have been rendered. Your refund will be issued in the original form of payment. If the original form of payment is not available, we will credit via gift card. We reserve the right to refuse returns under suspected abuse or fraud. It may take three to five business days to issue your refund. Once we issue your refund, it may take additional time for your funds to be made available in your account by your financial institution.

Return Exceptions

30 Day Return Policy does not include Gift Cards or Fuel-Powered Equipment or Fuel Transfer Tanks/Pumps.

Gift Cards cannot be returned for any reason. Fuel-Powered Equipment (such as grills, tillers, edgers, mowers, string trimmers, blowers, tractors, generators, chainsaws, snow blowers, as well as all other fuel powered equipment) and Fuel Transfer Tanks/Pumps and Accessories may be returned within 30 days of the date of purchase, with original receipt, provided that it is unused, in like-new condition and in its original packaging. Fuel-Powered Equipment and Fuel Transfer Tanks/Pumps and Accessories cannot be returned once fuel or oil has been put in it, even if the equipment has been drained of these materials. If you put fuel or oil in the equipment you will need to contact the manufacturer regarding any product issues. The manufacturer will handle your claim in accordance with the manufacturer’s policies. Authorized service center information can be found in the owner’s manual. Note that appropriate maintenance and use of your equipment is required to ensure manufacturer’s specified warranty is not voided.
